Whom we host?

Cultural Workers Studio is offering a residency for Ukrainian artists and cultural activists currently based in Ukraine.

The Studio space would be perfect for visual and crafts artists, writers and dramaturgs, theorists and researchers, performing arts practitioners and music producers.

To apply for the residency, you don’t need any official proofs of your proficiency like diplomas or certificates. What is important for us is your need in a safe working environment, your practice, willingness and ability to come to Berlin, and connect with the Studio members.

Our collective has a history of hosting people on funded residencies, while collaborating with our partner organisations in Ukraine and Germany. If you haven’t found a funding yet but you see yourself on CWS residency please, send us an email with your proposal and we will try to work things out together.
